Mission
The mission of Operation REACH, Inc. is to engage, empower, and inspire children, youth, and families through innovative community-based learning opportunities. We accomplish this mission by:
- Developing high-quality, innovative programs that are accessible to all communities;
- Partnering with community institutions, corporations, foundations, parks and recreation departments, government agencies, and schools; and
- Providing training and technical support for change agents working to reform youth service delivery systems.

Overview of Programs
Operation REACH operates a cradle-to-careers pipeline of programs for children and youth, ages 3 months through 25 years old. Our programs develop in young people the academic and social skills that lead to lifelong success and community-focused leadership. Each year, we reach more than 12,000 children and youth across the Gulf South at locations in New Orleans, Louisiana; Atlanta, Georgia; and Birmingham and Mobile, Alabama.
