The Youth Change Awards dinner highlights the work and service of youth led organizations. Outstanding young people are recognized with a Change Maker Award in six categories: the Going Green Change Maker Award; the Creative Arts/Communications Change Maker; the Social Entrepreneurship Change Maker Award; the Rising Change Maker Award; the Collaborative Change Maker Award and the Service Leader/Adult Ally Change Maker.
The winners are honored with a $500 donation to a non-profit organization or project of his or her choice. This dinner has come to be recognized as the premiere youth event in the New Orleans community.
