Youth Leadership
Operation REACH recognizes that young people are the leaders of today. Operation REACH provides programs and paradigms that support youth leadership and involvement in issues that are important to them, including the building of communities, schools, playgrounds and institutions that allow youth to lead, learn, live, thrive and grow.
Since its founding, Operation REACH Inc. has developed under its umbrella a collection of in–house signature educational programs developed by Dr. Kyshun Webster to maximize and enhance student learning in the after-school hours; engage college students; and, increase parental involvement.
